Description

We are looking for a diligent and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products, applications, and systems work correctly and meet our company's high standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
2. Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
3. Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
4. Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
5. Compile and analyze statistical data.
6. Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
7. Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
8. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
9. Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
10. Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the finished product quality.
11. Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
12. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
13. Collect and compile statistical quality data.
14. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
15. Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
16. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
17. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
18. Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
19. Monitor risk management activities.
20. Responsible for document management systems.
21. Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role.
3. Experience in data analysis and quality control procedures.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and QA software tools and processes.
7. Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for product development and QA.
