    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Vidya Wires in Anand. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall management of human resources. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

    Candidate Requirement

    Industry Preferred: Engineering / Electrical / Manufacturing Industry

    Education / Qualification: MBA - HR / MSW / MHRM

    Experience: 4-5 Years

    Ø Software Knowledge: Advanced MS Office including Vlookup & Pivot Table, Payroll Software (Saral Pay Pack), Attendance Software (Matrix - Cosec)

    Language Proficiency (Written & Verbal): Fluent in English & Hindi

    Duties & Responsibilities

    1. Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees of different levels

    2. Writing and posting job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant sources to attract potential candidates

    3. Searching and sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other sources

    4. Reviewing resumes and applications and conducting pre-screening interviews to assess the candidate's suitability for the job

    5. Conducting HR round interviews with candidates and assessing their skills, qualifications, and suitability for the role

    6. Negotiating salary and other compensation terms and extending an offer of employment and selecting the most suitable candidates for the job from the pool

    7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, including tracking their progress throughout the hiring process

    8. Preparing, Issuing Offer, Appointment and Experience Letter to the Employees who resigned

    9. Facilitating onboarding process for new hires and conducting induction programs to provide information about the company, its policies, and procedures

    10. Introducing new employees to their colleagues and managers

    11. Handling queries and promoting a positive and productive workplace culture

    12. Design, implement and run effective employee training and development programs

    13. Prepare and maintain up-to-date employee's skill matrix data and training evaluation records

    14. Facilitate the internal and outside trainings programs and manage it accurately and entirely

    15. Facilitating offboarding process for relieving employees and conduct their exit interview and get complete feedback and review

    16. Handle the performance appraisal and PMS processes to ensure the performance of each individual periodically

    17. Employees succession planning activities

    18. Handle organizational development activities and programs

    19. Handle employee's engagement and team building programs

    20. Improve and maintain disciplined company culture

    21. Statutory Compliance related to Labour & Employment, Health & Safety, PF, PT, Pollution Board, Local Authorities, Electricity Board, Insurance related activities etc

    22. Employees Compensation & Benefit management

    23. Payroll Management through Saral Pay Pack Software

    24. Time Office / Attendance Management through Matric Cosec Software

    25. Contract Labour Management

    26. Employee Welfare

    27. Employees Record Keeping & database Management

    • General Administration activities like housekeeping, security, canteen, company vehicles, OHC, manpower accommodation facilities, guest management etc
