Scope of the RoleLead various 'Design

• Transfer' projects throughout the year working closely with the Business Head.

Step in as a consultant to assist functional teams in problem-solving, filling in any gaps to drive business success.

Take charge of projects on Growth, GTM strategy, productivity improvement, sales optimisation, Customer Acquisition, Activation, Engagement, Operational Excellence, and more to keep us ahead.

Take charge of multi-function projects with teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with organisational goals.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive program success.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with programs and projects.

Ideal Profile2-5 years of experience including 1-3 years in a high-growth startup environment.1-2 years of consulting experience will be a plus, though it is not mandatory.

Familiarity with both the 0-1 and 1-100 phases of company growth.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Extreme comfort with data and deriving insights from it.
Proficiency in problem structuring, hypothesis building, experimentation, data analysis, and driving change.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with a knack for influence.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
