    Overview:

    TheTelecalling Executive plays a crucial role in the organization bybeing the first point of contact with potential customers. They areresponsible for making outbound calls to generate sales leadsexplain products or services and persuade potential customers.Additionally they handle inbound calls provide information andaddress queries ensuring excellent customer service andsatisfaction.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Make outbound callsto potential customers to generate salesleads.
    • Explain products and services topotential customers.
    • Persuade potentialcustomers to purchase products orservices.
    • Handle inbound calls from customersand provide information about products orservices.
    • Address customer queries and resolveissues effectively.
    • Manage and update customerdatabases with call outcomes.
    • Meet and exceedsales targets and goals.
    • Follow communicationscripts when handling different topics.
    • Obtainand document all relevant customerinformation.
    • Conduct followup calls withcustomers to ensure satisfaction.
    • Keep abreastof product knowledge and market trends.
    • Adhereto company policies and procedures.
    • Collaboratewith the sales team to ensure customersatisfaction.
    • Assist in organizing marketingevents or campaigns.
    • Prepare and submit reportson call activities andresults.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Minimum HSC orequivalent; additional certification in telesales or relevant fieldis a plus.
    • Freshers are alsowelcomed.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding ofcustomer service principles andpractices.
    • Ability to multitask prioritize andmanage time effectively.
    • Persuasive andgoaloriented with a passion for sales.
    • Abilityto handle rejection and remain persistent.
