What we are looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead-Data Entry to assist with our data entry requirements for our projects.
What youll be doing:
o Help and monitor team to punch in data in to the system or desired format or form or any portal
requested by the stakeholder from data available from different sources like, excel, word, presentations,
books, secondary sources etc. as per targets & project requirement
o Executing translation needs and how will they manage it.
o Preparing daily plan for the team including shift timings and managing the resources accordingly
o Innovation in order to eradicate errors happening.
o Complete control of team including discipline, attendance etc.
o Update, research and verify data in excel if there is any change in it.
o Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded
o Ensure that the team timelines are followed
o Build MIS/reports of target & achievement for the reporting head
o Coach team members to achieve their best
o Identify team members on PIP
o Coordinate with other team members & coaches for project requirements
o Cross functional team coordination whenever required in case of any challenges/Issues faced
o Setting team targets
