- Supervise and coordinate all activities on assigned interior construction projects
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Monitor the quality of work performed by subcontractors and identify and address any issues promptly
- Manage project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain clear and concise documentation
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including designers, clients, and contractors
- Oversee inventory control of materials and equipment
- Minimum two years of experience in interior construction or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully completing interior construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and interior finishing techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD) a plus
