    Responsibilities:

    Social Media Management:

    Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, , YouTube).

    Create and curate engaging content, including text posts, videos, and images.

    Schedule and oversee the publication of content to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

    Organic Engagement:

    Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.

    Implement strategies to increase organic engagement, including audience interaction, hashtag campaigns, and collaborations.

    Analyze and report on audience information and demographics, as well as the success of existing social media projects.

    Ad Campaigns:

    Design and oversee all aspects of our social media advertising campaigns, including budget planning and cost analysis.

    Develop targeted ad strategies to reach specific audience segments.

    Monitor and optimize ad performance, and provide regular reporting on ROI and key performance metrics.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    Track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, followers, etc.).

    Use analytical tools to gauge the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

    Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

    Collaboration and Coordination:

    Work closely with marketing teams to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.

    Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    Proven work experience as a Social Media Expert or similar role.

    Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, , Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.

    Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

    Good understanding of social media KPIs.
