    Job Description:

    As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be a part of an innovative, fast-growing department focused on revolutionizing digital media planning and buying, in the context of a multi-channel data-driven approach. You will support account(s) through a variety of paid cross-device display ads. The trafficking of creative assets via an ad server (CM360) and corresponding purchasing of ad space is managed via a DSP (DV360) and SSP (GAM) where cost and placement of clients' ads are controlled. The combination of creativity and strategic flexibility associated with paid media makes this a powerful way for companies to reach potential customers.

  • Using your analytical mindset and attention to detail, you will support the activation, performance and reporting of digital media campaigns across all buying platforms, focused largely on programmatic and partner direct buys.
  • Responsible for the pre-sale set-up, forecasting and reservation of onsite display proposals via Google Ad Manager.
  • Provide performance insights and optimization recommendations around programmatic campaigns and supporting tactics
  • Contribute to campaign setup, QA, pacing and daily campaign management across a variety of vendors and platforms
  • Quality assurance that encompasses all paid campaign elements including setup, pre-launch and post-launch.
  • Work with the analytics teams to provide insights to the client when needed
  • Build trafficking sheets to generate through 3rd party ad server tools such as Campaign Manager and assign ad tags and creatives in DSPs, SSPs or with media partners, where applicable.
  • Support larger media team in identifying forward-thinking strategies and innovations
  • Contribute to training materials and best practice documentation, in addition to client/media partner call documentation
  • This position reports to the Associate Manager or Manager, Media Services
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, marketing, or related discipline preferred
  • Experience working in SSPs (GAM), DSPs (CM360) preferred and Social Platforms (Meta (Facebook/IG)/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat and/or Twitter) is a plus
  • Experience with digital ads trafficking (Campaign Manager, GAM Sizmek, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience working in JIRA preferred
  • Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite specifically, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate to advanced use of Excel a plus including the ability to use formulas, functions and pivot tables
  • Professional communication, both written and verbal; be friendly, cheerful and patient, and enjoy learning complicated concepts
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Previous retail media network experience and or activating 1st party audiences is a plus
