    What's the Role?Exusia, a cutting-edge analytics and data engineering consulting firm, seeks a self-starter to join our global Data Governance practice in one of our India locations as a Data Governance Sr.

    Developer. In this capacity, the DG Developer will design and implement Data Governance solutions.
    Criteria for the Role·Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, and 5+ years of experience·Collibra Data Governance Center experience is required·Ab Initio Metadata Hub knowledge is a big plus·Extensive knowledge/familiarity with Data Governance Operating models·Strong understanding of data governance concepts, knowledge of data architecture concepts and data governance tooling·Experience with metadata management principles and data quality analysis·Experience in business processes automation·Knowledgeable of roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensure clear accountability for stewardship of the company's principal information assets·Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify quantify and effectively raise business risks associated with data quality·Exposure to tools used to support data management specifically business glossary and metadata management, data profiling and data quality·Technical background a big plus·Understanding of Java and Rest APIs a plus

    Key Responsibilities:
    -·Provide consulting services and expertise with clients all across the globe·Provide insights / expertise in designing and building a business glossary·Maintain a business glossary / data dictionary, using governance policy and procedures·Serve as a liaison between Business and Functional areas and technology to ensure that data-related business requirements for protecting sensitive data are clearly defined, communicated and well understood and considered as part of operational prioritization and planning·Assist data governance team with gathering and documenting data lineage details from different business units·Assist in the definition and implementation of governance policies and procedures, including related roles and responsibilities·Design and construct workflows to automate business policies and procedures·Implement Data Quality best practices as a function of data governance
