    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelors degree in Education or relevant field.
    2. Waldorf teacher training certification preferred.
    3. Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
    4. Strong understanding of child development and Waldorf education principles.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    7. Passion for holistic education and nurturing childrens creativity and imagination.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Implement Waldorf education principles and methodologies in teaching grade 1 and 2 students.
    2. Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that integrate arts, movement, and academics.
    3. Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that fosters holistic development.
    4. Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the overall well-being of students.
    5. Assess student progress through observation, informal assessments, and written evaluations.
    6. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Waldorf education principles across the curriculum.
    7. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of Waldorf education.
    8. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
    9. Support the schools mission and values through active participation in school events and activities.
    10. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements.
