    Experience/Skills Required

    1. 5 years of professional Indepthexperience in Software Quality Assurance &Testing.
    2. Good understandingof SDLCSTLC ALM and various software testing models andmethodologies.
    3. Candidateshould have experience in Salesforce CRMapplications.
    4. Experiencecreating automation test suites at scale using WorksoftCertify
    5. Good knowledge ofdatabase testing
    6. Proficient of using ALM and Jira for testmanagement.
    7. A Salesforcetester should be familiar with load testing tools likeJMeter/NeoLoad to validate the complex flows which can offerinconsistent results in Salesforce.
    8. Knowledge of Apex is a plus

    Role & Responsibilities

    1. Ability to research solve problemsand work both independently and in a teamenvironment.
    2. Write testscripts for new functionality / enhancements
    3. Create both positive and negative TestScenarios
    4. Able to performEquivalence Partitioning and Boundary ValueAnalysis
    5. Run FunctionalTest Cases for new functionality/enhancements.
    6. RunRegression Test suite to support existingfunctionality.
    7. Should beable to conduct Smoke Testing to make sure all the majorfunctionalities are functioning as perrequirement
    8. Testers arealso needed to work on the application and gain an understanding ofits functionality to create a functional map.
    9. Create manage and run automated test scriptsusing Selenium or any other automation tool that may be adopted inthe future; be willing to learn and provideoutput
    10. A tester should havean easy communication channel with the developmentteam.
    11. He should understandthe customizable features which can be built for the Salesforceapp.
    12. The tester needs toexecute rolebased test cases to ensure the consistency ofdata.
    13. He should alsoperform a compatibility test in case Salesforce integrated withthirdparty applications.
    14. Regular follow ups with Development team ondefect status.
    15. AttendDefect Triage calls.
    16. Meeting with development team on changesintroduced and testing replanning.
    17. Manages and supports the execution of varyingtypes of complex test cases: i.e. service level componentfunctional regression mobile and endtoend etc.analysis.
    18. Document defectsand collaborate with the development team on managing test resultsand feedback to developers.
    19. Provides detailed status reporting metrics andexecution dashboards.
    20. Workswell with customers and vendors knows when and how hard to push tomaintain a stable and reliable environment.
    21. Performs technical troubleshooting /diagnosticanalysis of system defects and conducts impactassessment.
