Job summary

To lead and manage the Quality Control function in ensuring that all stainless steel pipes meet required quality standards and customer specifications
and will assist in inspection, testing, documentation, and process control activities to maintain consistent product quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and supervise NDT activities such as UT RT MPI LPI and Eddy Current Testing on steel pipes ensuring accurate defect identification and reporting
  • Interpret NDT results with precision and ensure the proper calibration and functioning of NDT equipment
  • Maintain traceability documentation of all inspection records
  • Analyze NDT rejection trends support root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain compliance safety health regulations environment working spaceGuide supervise train personnel involved tasks
