    Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Solution Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in consumer banking, particularly in unsecured micro lending for MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) and SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) segments. You will play a critical role in understanding client requirements, designing solutions, and presenting them to potential customers.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Solution Design and Presentation:

    • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and pain points.
    • Develop and present customized solutions that address specific lending requirements.
    • Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to generate sales and meet revenue objectives.

    2. Technical Expertise:

    • Possess in-depth knowledge of unsecured micro lending products.
    • Understand the end-to-end lifecycle of lending processes.
    • Provide technical insights to sales teams and clients during the selling process.

    3. Bid Management:

    • Lead bid teams and actively participate in tender responses.
    • Expand on functional and technical requirements within complex tender documents.
    • Research and maintain a thorough understanding of our own lending products and competitor offerings.

    4. Collateral and Documentation:

    • Ensure all demonstration software is up-to-date and relevant.
    • Work with the Pre-Sales Manager to keep sales documentation and collateral current.

    5. Relationship Building:

    • Build trusted relationships with sales teams and client accounts.
    • Leverage domain expertise to enhance the company's credibility and communicate the value proposition.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

    Desired Skills:

    • Eloquent and well-versed in presenting and demonstrating technical solutions to a range of users (both technical and non-technical).
    • Ability to collaborate across the organization (inside sales, technical sales, support, professional services) to support sales activities.
    • Solid industry acumen and familiarity with relevant lending products.

    This position is based in Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune / Bengaluru / Noida
