    As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will drive growth by crafting high-converting email campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute high-performing email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and convert prospects.
    • Automation & Nurture Campaigns: Set up, manage, and optimize drip sequences, retargeting emails, and automated workflows using HubSpot.
    • A/B Testing & Optimization: Experiment with subject lines, CTAs, content variations, and personalization to enhance email performance.
    • Segmentation & Personalization: Utilize customer data to segment lists effectively and craft hyper-personalized email experiences.
    • Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, refining strategies based on insights.
    • Email Deliverability & Domain Management: Experience with warming up emails, managing domains, and handling integrations.
    • Expertise in Deliverability Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Glock Apps, Validity by Everest, and similar email deliverability solutions.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of experience in email marketing and lead nurturing within IT/SaaS or B2B industries.
    • Hands-on expertise in HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms.
    • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills tailored for B2B marketing.
    • Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis.
    • Proficiency in email deliverability best practices and marketing automation.
    • Experience with Glock Apps, Validity by Everest, and email warm-up strategies.
    • Understanding of LinkedIn, paid campaigns, and lead generation is a plus.
    • Prior experience in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment is preferred.
