    Description

    We are seeking an experienced ERP Integration Specialist with a strong background in Oracle ERP systems and integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Dell Boomi.

    The ideal candidate will have the expertise to support and remediate existing integrations, specifically focusing on the integration of purchase order documents and material/service receipt documents from Maximo into Oracle Fusion.

    The role involves reviewing and resolving integration failures, reprocessing failed transactions, and improving the integration structure to enhance reliability and performance.

    ERP Integration Specialist (Oracle Fusion & Maximo)

    Employment Type:
    Full-time, Remote [Immediate Joiners]

    Shift:
    US Shift [Timing 8 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time]


    Key Responsibilities:

    Integration Analysis and Remediation:
    Review existing ERP integrations to identify and resolve flaws and issues.
    Analyze integration failures and reprocess failed transactions efficiently.

    Integration Development and Support:
    Develop, configure, and maintain integrations using tools such as OIC or Boomi.
    Provide ongoing support for integration processes, ensuring seamless data flow between Maximo and Oracle Fusion.

    Process Improvement:
    Identify common causes of integration failures and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences.
    Optimize integration structures to enhance performance, reliability, and maintainability.

    Collaboration:


    Work closely with IT, procurement, and other relevant teams to understand business requirements and ensure integration solutions meet organizational needs.

    Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on integration status and improvements.

    Documentation and Training:
    Document integration processes, configurations, and changes for future reference and compliance.
    Provide training and support to team members on integration best practices and tools.



    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    Proven experience with Oracle ERP systems, specifically Oracle Fusion.
    Extensive experience with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Dell Boomi.
    Strong understanding of ERP integration best practices and methodologies.
    Experience with IBM Maximo and its integration with ERP systems is highly desirable.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Preferred

    Qualifications:
    Certification in Oracle Integration Cloud or Dell Boomi.
    Experience with other ERP systems and integration platforms.
    Knowledge of procurement processes and document handling within ERP systems.
