    Job Overview

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at HOSPITAL STAFF RECRUITMENT SERVICES. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. This is a full-time position located in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Valid Bachelor's degree in Nursing
    • Valid state nursing license
    • Proven experience as a Staff Nurse with 1 to 3 years of experience
    • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, and implementing nursing interventions
    • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and update patient care plans
    • Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms
    • Educate patients and their families on health conditions and self-care
    • Assist in the coordination of patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
    • Maintain accurate and complete medical records
    • Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe patient environment
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
