    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Sales. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve company objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the publishing industry.

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
    -Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
    -Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
    -Build and maintain strong relationships with authors, and other key stakeholders.
    -Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to enhance the company's presence in the market.
    -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
    -Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
    -Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
    -Oversee the implementation of sales tools and technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

    A PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:
    -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    -7-12 years of experience in B2C sales (preferably EdTech), with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
    -Strong understanding of the publishing industry and trends in digital content consumption.
    -Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
    -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
    -Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving performance.
    -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    -Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    -Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
