Job Description

The candidate must be well versed with all CMMI documentation including understanding of CMMI framework, QMS, ISO documentation, Process mapping, CMMI for services (SCV) and CMMI for Development (DEV), Knowledge of statistical techniques and metrics, Experience in high maturity practices implementation, Multiple client consulting experience, Auditing / project facilitation / SQA skills, Preferably participated as an Appraisal Team Member (ATM) in a CMMI audit/ appraisal and good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities: Consulting SIDGS strategic team and accounts, bringing processes and giving advisory to set the standards and governance for ensuring the SIDGS path towards qualifying the CMMI 3 Level in a year period.

Expertise practices on IT Process & Operation Governance (PMO, Agile, Production Operations) - CMMI

Experience: 7-10 Years

Education Qualification: Any CMMI certification
