Role Description
As a Dispatch Supervisor at TechnoSport, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient management of our dispatch operations. You will oversee daily dispatch tasks, supervise production teams, and timely processing of online orders. This position demands strong communication skills, adept coordination of logistics, and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
Supervise and coordinate production teams to optimize dispatch efficiency.
Provide exemplary customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Implement and maintain inventory management protocols to track stock levels accurately.
Manage online order processing through Easyecom Portal, handling orders from Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and CRED.
Ensure warehouse hygiene and discipline maintenance for a safe and organized work environment.
Conduct inventory audits to uphold accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Utilize industry experience to contribute insights and best practices to the team.
Qualifications
Strong supervisory skills with excellent communication abilities.
Proven experience in dispatching and coordinating logistics operations.

Previous experience in the sportswear or manufacturing industry preferred.
Minimum 2 to 4 Years of Warehousing / Online Order Processing experience required
