    The Program Manager is responsible for programs/projects involving cross- functional teams focused on the delivery of business outcomes.

    They own and manage projects and programs end-to-end, initiate, coordinate and communicate across groups effectively to provide on-time, within budget, high quality deliverables that meet customer/business expectations.

    Manages delivery using sound process, product & overall business acumen.

    This role also requires sufficiently good exposure to technologies used by large internet companies coupled with strong project management skills.

    Roles And Responsibilities:


    • Responsible for problem solving, design and implementation of initiatives that have growth potential to help drive organisation wide impact.
    • Proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and mitigation strategies to ensure priorities are track organising and leading key Management team and Leadership meetings.
    • Drive multiple business program initiatives working crossfunctionally with business operations, product, marketing, external partners and tech teams to guarantee smooth and efficient outcomes.
    • Monitors and tracks programs effectively by providing periodic updates to relevant operations teams. Timely Escalation of critical issues to management.
    • Handle multiple competing and changing priorities in a fastpaced environment
    • Design, implement and drive outcomes to solve critical business problems proactively
    • Manage stakeholders from different cross functional teams by setting expectations and providing frequent program/project updates.
    • Interact with all internal functions: product, engineering, marketing, and sales.
    • Foster a positive environment to create a highachieving team: Treat all members with respect, encourage constructive dissent, refocus team members when they get offtrack, give positive feedback whenever it is appropriate, maintain a positive attitude and reallocate resources in order to meet team commitments.
    • Follow up on tasks to be performed by crossfunctional teams in developing systems. Use a task list to create a work breakdown structure. Use a work breakdown structure to establish a program schedule.
    • Plotting & tracking a program plan. Monitoring of program progress. Setting up CFT reviews
    • Present program status in review meetings with Sr. Management. Timely escalation & Resolution of the issues.
    Key Skills:

    Desired skills include - very good structured, problem solving and program Management skills.

    • Good understanding of strategic management. good level of comfort with PPT and excel.
    • Strong Leadership (leading people/Leading Change/Team coordination capability)
    • Quantitative and qualitative problem solving
    • Risk management, Problem solving attitude, Conflict Management skills, should be able to work with CFT of various functions
    • Good verbal & written communication
    • Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy
    • Able to prioritize in complex, fastpaced environment while leading people/teams without formal responsibility
    • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
    • MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 College
    • 4+ years of experience and demonstrated involvement in creation/management of initiatives, startups, scaling 01, self initiated projects
