We are looking forward for a suitable candidate for the position of Chartered Accountant - for Accounts and Taxation role.

• Supporting preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial statements along with all disclosures
• Providing data to statutory auditors, internal auditors, and to other depts.
• Preparation of RBI returns on monthly/quarterly basis and filling before due date
• Providing data for income tax assessment
• Assisting in preparation of management MIS reports
• Monitoring of bank reconciliation on daily basis
• Passing entries related to month end closing

• Monthend processing and period close
• Trial balance, Profit and loss and balance sheet review
• Management Reporting
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Account reconciliations (Primary General ledger to subsidiary General ledger)
• Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations and making necessary journal entries/corrections to address reconciling items.
• Variance Analysis of Profit and loss (Quarterly and annually) and Balance Sheet.
• Preparation of Related Party Transaction Disclosures and Balance Confirmation quarterly and annually.
• Project wise gross margin analysis quarterly.
