    Job DescriptionTheRed Pen is seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer SupportExecutive with a strong telesales background to join our team inMumbai. The ideal candidate should have some experience in clientservicing vendor management operations marketing strategy orconsulting. The candidate must be proficient in managing customerworkflows coordinating between internal teams and clients anddemonstrating excellent communication skills. Additionally a strongunderstanding of the education sector ispreferred.Responsibilities:
    1. Monitorvendor leads on a daily basis and update and maintain thedatabase.
    2. Develop and manage tactics to convertenquiries and leads demonstrating strong telecallingskills.
    3. Meticulously manage customer workflowsensuring a seamless experience for allclients.
    4. Act as a liaison between internal teammembers and clients to facilitate effective communication andsmooth operations.
    5. Demonstrate a comprehensiveunderstanding of the education sector to efficiently handleincoming enquiries.
    6. Respond to customer queriesregarding procedures processes and workflows providing excellentcustomer service.
    7. Develop and maintain strongrelationships with clients fostering trust and longtermpartnerships.
    8. Organize and manage events andinformation sessions to promote the companys services andofferings.
    9. Represent the company at educationfairs in Mumbai and other cities showcasing our unique valueproposition.
    10. Conduct rigorous followups withvendors via email and phone to ensure timely and effectivecommunication.

    Requirements:
    1. Bachelorsdegree is required; Masters degree ispreferred.
    2. Strong communicationskills
    3. Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurialenvironment with a proactive and responsible workethic.
    4. Proficiency in Microsoft Officeparticularly Excel and strong databaseliteracy.
    5. Strong independent work ethic withthe ability to learn rapidly and comfort withtechnology.
