Role: Senior Oracle CC&B Tester

Experience Preferred: 10+ Years

Job Type: Contractual/Full-time/Freelancing

Location: Remote

Job Description:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases.
Design and develop test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for CC&B system functionalities, including billing, invoicing, payments, and customer management.
Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools to ensure the quality and reliability of CC&B software.
Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking systems, and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
Perform regression testing to validate software changes and ensure existing functionalities are not affected.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on testing progress, issues, and resolutions.
Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies related to CC&B testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a CC&B Tester or similar role, with a strong understanding of CC&B functionalities and workflows.
Hands-on experience in designing and executing test cases for CC&B systems.
Proficiency in using testing tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar tools.
Familiarity with automated testing tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Python) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is desirable but not required.
