    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the logistics team to address and resolve dispatch-related customer queries.
    • Ensure effective communication of end user needs and concerns to the Operations team for timely resolution.
    • Demonstrate empathy and attentiveness to customer needs throughout the support process.
    • Monitoring Inbound and Outbound calls.
    • Be prepared to handle the responsibilities of a logistics executive if the situation demands.

    Must have:

    • High energy levels and a strong sense of ownership.
    • Exceptional proficiency in the English and Hindi languages.
    • Proficient computer skills, with expertise in MS Excel.
    • Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
    • Excellent people management skills to foster positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure.
    • Strong hustle mentality, demonstrating the drive to achieve desired results.
