    • Separation/Exits
    • HR Process automation (Success factor implementation)
    • Maintaining employee database.
    • HR reports & MIS, global analytics
    • Attrition, diversity & inclusion, employee cost vs budget, compensation tracker.
    • HR audits & investor due diligence
    • Implement best HR Policies & process considering the industry best practices and business requirements.
    • ESOP Implementation and employee grievance.
    • Design a Total Reward Strategy globally.
    • Compensation benchmarking & proposing changes in the current compensation structure to ensure competitive salary positioning.
    • Understanding tax & compensation structure for different countries.
    • Conflict Resolution
    • Global Payroll Administration
    • Training in HR Policies & system.
    • Excellent Stakeholders Management skills and problemsolving abilities.
    • Compile PMS data for annual compensation review.
    • Knowledge of EC Module in SAP SuccessFactors.
    • Checking the salary data inputs received from the HR Ops Team.
