    Description

    The primary purpose of this role will be to develop and manage client relationships and deliver the Sanctum proposition in line with our client engagement and advice delivery framework.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • To contribute to the achievement of the financial targets and business composition goals of the firm.
    • Identify and build high-quality client relationships within the target segment through networking measures and by cultivating existing relationships that yield meaningful referrals.
    • Adopt efficient pricing and cost-control measures to ensure profitable client relationships.
    • Ensure a high degree of client engagement and satisfaction by maintaining high standards of conduct and service in the delivery of the proposition.
    • Achieve good client outcomes through proper client profiling and ensuring that wealth managers follow model portfolios, house views and product suitability and disclosure guidelines.
    • Minimize instances of client complaints and ensure that complaints are resolved within defined turnaround times
    • Obtain and apply client insights to aid the enhancement of client experience and to improve the service delivery model.
    • Comply with regulations and internal policies and procedures to ensure that the firm achieves the desired assurance, audit and regulatory review and rating.
    • Manage financial, regulatory and reputational risk for the firm and its clients prudently.

    Education Qualifications:

    Prefer MBA / equivalent in a related field (Investment, Finance, Law, Accounting/Tax, Economics)

    Certifications:

    Mandatory : NISM-VA & NISM-21A

    Preferable : CFP, CPA, CFA, CIMA

    Skills Required:

    • Deep understanding of financial planning principles.
    • Knowledge of various investment products, asset classes and investment strategies and their associate risks.
    • Reasonable understanding of securities laws, financial industry regulations and ethical standards.
    • Proficiency in using investment management tools, and customer relationship management systems.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
