Rudra Group is a growing real estate development company focused on delivering quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms.
• Handle walk-in clients and provide detailed information about ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain client database and regularly update CRM records.
• Coordinate with channel partners and brokers for lead generation.
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Assist clients with documentation and ensure smooth transaction completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the real estate market in Jogeshwari West and Mumbai.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Graduate in any field (preferred).
