    Position Title: Service Management

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage service requests and incidents, ensuring adherence to SLAs and

    issues promptly.

    2. Ensuring smooth delivery of service for all insourced operations.

    3. Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing

    proactive measures to enhance service delivery.

    4. Work with respective service delivery section heads to resolve any issues

    5. Upgrade skills and knowledge about banking operations and project man

    Stay updated with industry standards.

    6. Identify skill and knowledge gap within Service Management team and t

    fill the gap through internal and external training programs.

    7. Ensure that all corporate banking services comply with relevant regulation

    and security standards.

    8. Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendation fo

    Improvements.

    9. Develop and implement crisis management and recovery plans to ensure

    Uninterrupted service delivery during unexpected disruptions

    Mandatory skills: -

    ✰ Extensive experience in corporate banking or financial services with a track

    Managing client relationships and service delivery.

    ✰ Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards applicable

    Corporate banking services.

    ✰ High proficiency in handling business operations and procedures

    ✰ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintain

    Relationship.

    ✰ Knowledge of risk management and compliance practices in banking.

    ✰ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across various Departments

    Qualification: - Any Graduate

    Experience: 5 to7 years of relevant experience as Client Service Management (Trade Finance

    Operation, SLAs, Process Migration)
