    We are seeking ITI Freshers for an Apprenticeship program at Infinitalent Consulting (P) Ltd. This is a great opportunity for candidates with less than 1 year of experience to kickstart their career in the ITI field.     Qualifications and Skills

    • Completed ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in any of the following trades: Fitter, Turner, Electronic mechanic, Mechanical, Diesel mechanic, Electrical, or Welder
    • Fresher with less than 1 year of work experience in the ITI field
    • Basic understanding of ITI concepts and practical applications
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
    • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
    • Adaptability and a positive attitude towards challenges

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Complete the designated apprenticeship program as per the provided curriculum
    • Learn and develop practical skills in the chosen ITI trade
    • Assist senior professionals in carrying out their daily tasks and projects
    • Follow workplace safety guidelines and adhere to organizational policies
    • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge
