Profile: EV Charging Infrastructure Deployment and Management

Role Description:

• Building of Charging Strategy for the assigned market, identification of uncovered geographies and propose optimal solutions aligned with the overall roadmap

• Deployment of charging stations, operations, maintenance, consumer issue redressal – single point of contact in the assigned market

• Coordination with stakeholders including Vendors, Dealers, Real Estate Partners and Internal Team for timely set-up and maintenance of Charging Infrastructure

• Driving business growth and better utilization of charging infrastructure by recommending pricing policy, loyalty program

• Planning, organization, and co-ordination of SOP and maintenance audits of Charging Infrastructure

• Identification of new partners and vendors to facilitate EV Charging of customers

Suggested Profile:

• 4+ years of experience in Network development, channel partner management, Charger Deployment role

• Should be open to travel on the field/across the allocated zone to drive business outcomes

• Excellent negotiating, communication, interpersonal skills to deal & collaborate with external hardware vendors

• Knowledge about EV Charger deployment process is preferred

• Individual working with 4W OEMs, Charging Point Operators are preferred
