    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities:
    - A Steam Turbine & Centrifugal Compressor System Engineering expert will be in charge of Auxiliary System Engineering for Steam Turbine & Centrifugal Compressor. They will have the chance to bring in new technology to boost company profitability and productivity. Responsible for implementing cost-effective solutions for designs and maintaining them. They should specialize in the design of:
    • Functional schematic diagrams (P&I)
    • Selection of main items (control/on-off valve boosters, heaters) based on customer requirements and standards
    • Systems calculation expertise (sizing of orifices, PCVs, PSVs, on/off filters, heaters) with the ability to develop predictive model designs (Matlab/Simulink, FlowMaster, Hysis) to identify transients and define high-level control logic
    • Consistency in drafting, input completeness according to customer requirements and standards, and timely documentation delivery
    • Review of load utility and connection list system design
    • Instrumentation for gas separator, degassing tank, cooler, gas plant, lube oil console, safety valves, pneumatic connections, and bracketings
    • Instrumentation for gas-water cooler safety valve, gas plant regulation valves, and safety valves
    • Instrumentation for run-down tank, seal gas booster, seal gas regulating valves, and sealing gas separator coalescent filter
    • Conducting Technical Reviews at various stages and mentoring the team to enhance technical competency
    • Driving Knowledge Management, Continuous Improvement, and Productivity enhancement initiatives

    Competency/Technical Skills:
    • More than 3 years of Experience as a Steam Turbine & Centrifugal Compressor System Engineer in the oil and gas/petrochemical/power sector
    • Ability to provide support in preparing Equipment Specification/Datasheets and Purchase Specifications
    • Extensive knowledge of package integration focusing on Mechanical and Instrument disciplines, including piping class, material selection, instrument selection, and installation
    • Proficient in industry codes and standards
    • Tools proficiency: Matlab/Simulink, FlowMaster, Hysis, Siemens NX10, AutoCAD, and TeamCenter
    • Capability to prepare Project Scheduling, monitoring, control, and ensure on-time delivery and Quality of Engineering documents execution

    Desired Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
    • Experience in an engineering role for Auxiliary System Engineering for Turbomachinery, Steam Turbine & Centrifugal Compressor in the oil and gas/power sector
