- Process documentation and mapping
- Handle internal, external and statutory audits
- Define internal controls for various processes, enforce & ensure compliance
- Prepare and maintain Risk Control Matrix, controls documentation, etc.
- Periodic assessment of controls and update process documentation
- Drive process excellence in F&A space viz., continuous improvements, systems & tools implementation, project management
- Manage both local and global stakeholders as well as external professionals
- CA preferred), CMA, MBA or any post graduate
- Strong accounting and audit knowledge
- Prior experience in handling Compliance activities
- Strong interpersonal skills with stakeholders and other colleagues
- 8+ years of overall experience (in a hybrid of core accounting and shared services environment) with minimum 4 years of experience in compliance role
- Prior experience of working in shared services / BPO industry would be a plus
- Excellent MS office suite skills (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Six-Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Flexible about work content, timings and location
- Strong Analytical and interpretation skills
- Experience in SAP desirable
