    What will you be doing?

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
    • Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing necessary details to candidates and hiring teams.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
    • Take feedback from interview panelists and hiring managers, and continuously improve the sourcing, screening, and telephonic interview processes based on feedback.

    What are we looking for?

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR coordination role is preferred.
    • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.

    Languages Known:

    • Native speaker of Hindi or Telugu
    • Good Proficiency in English is expected
