    We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with administrative tasks.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Junior level with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or related roles
    • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs and inquiries
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
    • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
    • Proficiency in English for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
    • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
    • Experience in monitoring and organizing inventory is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate sales activities and work closely with the sales team
    • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers
    • Assist in managing customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales service
    • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
    • Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective communication and execution of sales strategies
