Sr. Engineer (RTO): Maintenance & Operations

Job Role:

1. RTO overall Operations & Maintenance
2. Plant Commissioning: Site erection, equipment assembly as per GA, ducting and rotating equipment, Bag filter, Heat Erection
3. Developing SOP and implementation
4. Plant Commissioning
5. Manpower Management
6. Upkeep of the Plant
7. Up-keep of the plant
8. Daily work Planning
9. Contractor teamwork planning
10. Man, Material erection planning, Documentation / Checklist
11. Project tracking as per plan.
12. Follow up with contractor, suppliers to achieve deliverables.
13. Post Commissioning: Plant Operations, Maintenance, Process , Spares Management.

Skills:

• Process knowledge of Incinerator / Thermal Oxidtzer, Heat Exchangers, Rotary Equipment
• Knowledge of Plant Installation & Commissioning
• Operation Consumables, Spare Parts management
• Should possess knowledge of Work Permit System, Material Handling Equipment (Cranes, chain block),wielding.
• Understanding of fabrication material and be able to read drawings.
• Should have knowledge of safety measures of a Construction site.
• Should be able to handle Contractors.

Experience and Qualification: BE Mechanical / Chemical with 5 to 7years in Projects / Operations and Maintenance of RTO Power Plant
