    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to our unprecedented growth. This role will be responsible for handling internal hiring needs, focusing on US staffing requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Internal Hiring Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive hiring plans to attract top talent for internal positions within the organization.
    • Domain-Specific Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in IT/Engineering, Banking & Financial Services, Pharma/Life Sciences, and System Implementation recruiters.
    • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring best practices in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and create effective recruitment strategies.
    • Process Optimization: Enhance recruitment workflows, track performance metrics, and implement innovative sourcing techniques to improve efficiency.
    • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience (working for a Recruitment/Staffing Agency)
    • Proven experience leading recruitment teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and influence candidates/stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong analytical skills to address hiring challenges and ensure timely delivery of results.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
