    CredRight Finance is a new age FinTech platform & NBFC, driven by an inspiring mission to empower Micro & Small Entrepreneurs [MSMEs] which do not have access to organized credit from financial institutions [like Banks and NBFCs].

    With its Technology first approach, CredRight is providing customized loan offerings to MSMEs from Tier 2 to Tier 4 towns of India to achieve its Financial Inclusion mission.

    JD-Talent Management

    • Responsible in managing the various Employee Connect Programs such as Group connects, Town Halls, Skip Level meetings, One on One meeting etc.
    • Effectively managing welfare measures, management employee get together, team building activities etc. to enhance motivation levels and productivity across all departments.
    • Facilitating the periodic conduct of feedback mechanism with employees and reporting managers at HO and during the branch visits
    • Handling cases on nonperformance, workplace harassment, behavioral problems, fraud and other process related matters and advising appropriate resolution based upon legal / compliance framework
    • Responsible for all aspects of talent management including implementation of key processes related to talent review, succession planning and training/development across the Organization
    • Manage resource allocations, IJP's, inter departmental /locations transfer etc
    • Understanding business needs and priorities and translating these into executable talent management strategies
    • Manage Training Need Identification for the respective departments and identify the right talent development ,intervene with respective L&D team for training execution.
    • Lead various employee engagement activities such as Annual day celebrations, Yearly R&R programs, Sports events.
    • Handle Disciplinary Issues, PIP meetings, employee grievances with robust follow up mechanism
    • Design Employee engagement frame work to enhance the engagement levels of the employee in the organization to drive commitment towards the organization.
    • Lead the Rewards and Recognition programs on Monthly/Quarterly intervals to create an effective recognition culture in organization
    Should be Instrumental in initiating and driving various CSR initiatives in the Organization.

    Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications


    Candidate must be from an MBA HR background, should have at least 6 + years of experience in HR with minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Management & Engagement.

    Strong communication & Presentation skills in English, Hindi & Telugu(Must)
