About the Role:

This full-time position based in Raipur requires exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi to handle customer inquiries across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, troubleshooting problems and finding solutions to restore customer satisfaction.
• Handle 40 to 70 tickets per day, consistently meeting target metrics with a 90% customer satisfaction rating.
• Gather product knowledge to answer inquiries confidently and guide customers effectively.
• Efficiently coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders in operations and technology to solve customer issues.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of accounts and account-related issues.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
