    We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented In Store Executive to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As an In Store Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers, handling sales transactions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and requires a Junior level candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work well in a team and independently
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
    • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple customers
    • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as per store requirements

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist customers in selecting products and provide them with detailed information about features, specifications, and pricing
    • Handle sales transactions by processing cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, racks, and displays
    • Stock shelves with merchandise and replenish inventory as necessary
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
    • Keep up to date with product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions and sales
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
    • Assist in visual merchandising efforts to create an attractive and inviting store environment
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for business growth
