• Possessdeep expertise in .Net development IOS and Androidplatforms.
• Provide technical guidance andoversight to development teams to ensure the delivery ofhighqualitysolutions.

• Collaboratewith stakeholders to define project objectives scope anddeliverables.
• Develop and implement strategicplans to align project outcomes with organizationalobjectives.

1. TeamLeadership:

• Leadand inspire crossfunctional teams fostering a collaborative andinnovative work environment.
• Provide mentorshipand guidance to team members to enhance their skills andcapabilities.

1. ClientEngagement:

• Buildand maintain strong relationships with clients understanding theirrequirements and ensuring clientsatisfaction.
• Act as a key point of contact forclients addressing concerns and providing strategicinsights.

1. RiskManagement:

• Identifyand mitigate risks associated with projectdelivery.
• Implement proactive measures toensure the successful resolution ofchallenges.

Qualifications:

• Minimumof 15 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus onproject delivery.
• Strong background in .Netdevelopment and handson experience with IOS and Androidplatforms.
• Proven track record in deliverymanagement including successful completion of complexprojects.
• Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills.
• Effective communication andinterpersonalabilities.

Education:Bachelorsor Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or arelatedfield.
