    Description

    This pivotal role, based in Gurgaon / Noida / Mumbai / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Ahmedabad / Bhubaneswar / Kolkata / Chennai / Coimbatore, will lead our MDG Practice with global collaboration, including the USA, and requires candidates available for a swift transition.

    Role: SAP MDG Practice Lead

    Lead and expand our SAP MDG practice, delivering end-to-end implementations, establishing data governance, and driving data excellence for diverse clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Practice & Implementation Leadership: Steer the MDG practice growth and lead full lifecycle implementations across data domains.
    • Solution Design & Integration: Design MDG models and ensure seamless integration with SAP and external systems.
    • Data Governance & Transformation: Drive data quality initiatives and lead data migration efforts for S/4HANA transformations.
    • Stakeholder Engagement & Technical Guidance: Collaborate with global stakeholders, provide MDG best practices, and optimize performance.
    • Pre-Sales & Innovation: Lead POCs, workshops, and contribute to winning new SAP MDG opportunities.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Extensive SAP MDG Expertise: 8+ years SAP experience (5+ in MDG), deep knowledge of Data Models, Process Modeling, BRF+, FPM UI, Rule-Based Workflows, Central Governance, Consolidation, and Mass Processing.
    • Integration & Data Quality: Proficiency in data replication (ALE/IDocs, SOA, RFC, APIs) and familiarity with SAP Data Services/Information Steward.
    • S/4HANA & Soft Skills: Experience in S/4HANA MDG, strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Certification (Plus): SAP MDG certification is advantageous.
