    Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager - Leadership Hiring (Tech Recruitment) Role, Mumbai

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Leadership Hiring Tech Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical leadership talent to drive our organization forward. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives to understand our business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • with hiring managers and executives to understand staffing needs and develop hiring plans for technical leadership positions.
    • identify, and attract passive and active candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, job boards, and referrals.
    • and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current leadership positions.
    • thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • and schedule interviews with hiring teams, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
    • the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating compensation, and facilitating smooth onboarding.
    • regular updates and reports on recruiting activity, pipeline status, and hiring metrics to stakeholders.
    • informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continually improve recruiting strategies and processes.
    • the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.

    Qualifications:

    • Any graduate with overall 6+ years experience.
    • 6+ years experience into Tech Recruitment & 3+ years into Leadership Hiring.
    • Experience as a technical recruiter, with a focus on hiring leadership roles in the technology industry.
    • understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications, particularly in software engineering, product management, and data science.
    • sourcing skills and experience using a variety of recruiting tools and platforms.
    • communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
    • ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
    • with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
    • in recruiting or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
    • for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
