- Be part of the X-functional scrum team containing IT and Engineering and participate in regular meetings (Sprint planning, daily, demo, retro)
- Administrate and maintain the IBM ELM (Jazz) and PTC RV&S (Integrity) ALM tools
- Configure and customize the ALM tools to meet the needs of the organization
- Develop and maintain extensions in Java or Java script to enhance the functionality of the ALM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional process, method and tools teams to understand and implement requirements
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ALM tool-related issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in administrating IBM ELM (Jazz) or PTC RV&S (Integrity) in an enterprise environment
- Proficiency in writing extensions in Java and familiarity with the associated APIs
- Strong knowledge of ASPICE, TISAX, and automotive engineering processes
- Hands-on experience in SQL/DB2 databases
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
