Proficiency in businessprocess modeling and documentation.
Experience with process automation integration and datamodeling. Excellent communication andcollaboration skills. Problemsolving andtroubleshooting abilities. Knowledge ofsoftware development life cycle (SDLC)processes. IBM BPM certification is aplus.
