Description
Overall responsibility for legal & compliance (RBI, regulatory, secretarial, labour laws) for a well-funded non-deposit taking NBFC that is on a growth path.
(i) Legal documentation & litigations

Compliance:
Tracking regulatory directions/guidenlines, framing policies & SOPs; and ensuring day to day compliance for all transactions; internal & external reporting; overall compliance (RBI, Companies Act, tax laws, labour & personnel laws).
The person shall be responsible for building a strong legal, regulatory & compliance function as the company CS + BA (LLB) qualifications)
