Responsibilities

• Maintain/Configure the COMOS platform.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Manage data in the COMOS database.
• Troubleshoot COMOS problems.
• Provide technical support to COMOS users.
• Identification of user needs.

Develop and implement COMOS training programs.

• Provide technical support and training to users of the COMOS platform.
• Implementation (rollouts) of new engineering groups in COMOS.
• Develop and implement new functions in the COMOS platform.
• Create and update system documentation for the COMOS platform.
• Administer the COMOS platform.
• Autonomous and continuous processing of incoming tasks for COMOS.
• Create development specifications for new COMOS features and extensions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams.
• Provide administrative support for projects that use the COMOS platform.

Professional experience

• Completed technical or engineering related education (University, ...)
• Experience with COMOS in a similar or related role.
• Experience in the machinery and plant engineering sector.
• Experience with IT systems administration.
• Experience with the following software languages: VBA, C++
