    Top Sights During Your Role Stay (Key Expectations):

    TBO Academy is the marketing and promotions team of partners with various tourism destinations, hotels, cruises, and other tourism products, to provide marketing activities and booking promotions via all sales channels of TBO. The candidate will be assigned some partners to manage and executive the marketing activities assigned to them.

    The role involves Client relationship management, marketing campaign execution as per pre-approved timelines, in-depth understanding about the product of the client, and quick thinking.

    The ideal candidate should have impeccable communication skills, be presentable, and have stretic thinking. They will be responsible for handling deliverables of multiple marketing campaigns signed up.

    Key responsibilities:


    • Manage the trade marketing activities of the product partner.


    • Design and deliver a trade marketing strategy and B2B marketing campaigns.


    • Build and manage relationships with key trade partners across the travel industry to support the trade and marketing strategy.


    • Coordinating with marketing and design team to timely launch the communication as per the proposal campaign.


    • Provide robust reporting of the campaign deliverables.


    • Monitoring the campaign health regularly.

    Experience and Skills Required:


    • 2-4 Years of overall Work-Experience, with Minimum 2 years in Travel Industry.


    • Experience of either working with a Tourism representation, or in a Tourism partnership role, is a must.


    • Excellent track record at building relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels


    • Understanding of the travel industry and holiday packages is an added advantage.


    • Experience in the advertising industry is welcomed.


    • A master at juggling different projects simultaneously
