    Job Title: Sales Manager

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and increasing networks through architects, interior designers, project management consultants, and builders. They will also identify new projects in targeted locations to grab market opportunities, increase customer bases, and maximize sales.

    This role requires a strong communicator with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality and the ability to build strong relationships with channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Establish and nurture relationships with Interior Design Architects (IDAs) to facilitate partnerships and sales opportunities.
    • Engage with key industry players and stakeholders to expand the company's network and influence.
    • Generate leads from IDAs.

    Sales Process Oversight:

    • Manage the quoting process, ensuring that all proposals are accurate, competitive, and delivered within agreed timelines.
    • Review and approve quotes and proposals prepared by team members.

    Sales Strategy Execution:

    • Implement sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
    • Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and adjust tactics as necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrable experience in managing a sales team, preferably in a related industry.
    • Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

    Leadership and Team Building:

    • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
    • Proficiency in team building, coaching, and performance management.

    Negotiation and Relationship Skills:

    • Superior negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills to maintain and grow a client base.

    Industry Knowledge:

    • Prior experience with premium and luxury home interior products is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with industry trends, product knowledge, and customer preferences.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven sales leadership experience, preferably with companies of high repute
