The Role

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager with personnel responsibility to lead a team of 5-8 experts in an international organization.

What you will do

• A servant leader with technical experience in scaled SW projects.

• Setup and lead a group of developers

• Together with the team, you bring the upcoming projects to a successful conclusion with sustainable high quality.

• Ensure compliant software releases of a software component according to our development process for medical products.

What you bring

• Degree in computer science, Information Systems/Technology, or similar

• Experienced in managing highly skilled people, be a servant leader, mentor and motivate in a multi-cultural and distributed team setup.

• Experience in managing applications (mobile apps, cloud services)

• Experience with medical or safety critical software systems.

• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
