    About the internship:

    We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic E-commerce Operations intern to join our team at Bbag company. If you have a passion for e-commerce, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel, this is the perfect opportunity for you

    As an E-commerce Operations intern at Bbag, you will have the chance to work closely with our operations team and gain hands-on experience in managing our online business. Here are 7 key responsibilities you will undertake:

    1. Assist in managing and updating product listings on our e-commerce platform.

    2. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy of product information and pricing.

    3. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product visibility and enhance customer experience.

    4. Support order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory management.

    5. Analyze sales data using MS Excel to identify trends and suggest improvements.

    6. Help in coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.

    7. Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

    Stipend:
